Community Navigators & Spiritual First Aid

You don’t have to be a professional helper or have lots of experience to make a difference. Spiritual First Aid was created so anyone with a desire to help can, regardless of education, training, or profession. The course teaches a step-by-step approach to providing spiritual and emotional care with trauma-informed best practices. Learn more about SFA here.

Please join us for a quarterly micro-volunteering event to support local organizations. Projects are designed for all ages and include activities such as packing supplement food bags, blanket making, card-writing, and assembling care packages. When we come together we can achieve incredible things and have fun volunteering together!
